q3 i3 Low-engagement students in intervention schools reported significantly lower victimization at follow-up, with a significant intervention-by-engagement interaction (effect size .69). → Van Ryzin 2018

Linear mixed models in the cluster randomized trial showed a significant victimization-by-engagement interaction (B = .21, SE = .09, p < .05, effect size .69 per Table 3), with benefits concentrated among low-engagement students and no differences among high-engagement students.
"The left-hand side of Figure 2 shows that low-engagement students in the intervention schools reported lower levels of bullying, victimization, and perceived stress compared to similar students in the control schools, while the right-hand side of Figure 2 shows that there were no such differences among high-engagement students."
