Reading the evidence codes

q is the design tier, i the impact, n the sample, and the kind with its r the rigour judged within that kind: what each code means.

This claim: no standardized effect is recorded in observations/ for it yet, so no benchmark reading is possible.

q2 i? Home environment quality at age four negatively predicted behavior problems (β = -0.139, SE = 0.037, p <.001) and positively predicted social skills (β = 0.236, SE = 0.035, p <.001). → Finch 2016

Path analysis of the PEDS four-year follow-up (N = 1302). Home environment quality at 48 months, measured with the HOME Inventory, showed the stated concurrent associations with both SDQ-derived outcomes, controlling for all covariates. Home environment at 24 months also predicted social skills (β = 0.101, p =.007).
