Reading the evidence codes

q is the design tier, i the impact, n the sample, and the kind with its r the rigour judged within that kind: what each code means.

This claim: no standardized effect is recorded in observations/ for it yet, so no benchmark reading is possible.

q3 i? Mean lexical decision accuracy changed significantly (all p < 0.001) for own-class learned words but not for words learned in other classrooms, and a one-way ANOVA showed no significant difference across the three classes in the word learning effect. → Fang Wang 2025

Behavioral lexical decision task administered before and after the two-week learning sprint to 48 children across three classes. Accuracy changed significantly for own-class words; for example Class 1 mean accuracy rose from 0.47 (SD 0.27) pre to 0.99 (SD 0.02) post, per Table 1 and Fig. 1.

"Within each of the three classrooms, mean accuracy changed significantly (all p < 0.001) for the words students learned in their own class, but not for words in other classrooms. A one-way ANOVA showed no signi ficant difference across the three classes ( F(2, 83) = 0.86, p = 0.43) in the word learning effect."
