In the multiple mediation model testing four mediators simultaneously, maternal depression (Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale score 13 or more) had an indirect-effect coefficient of 0.004 with BC CI -0.012 to 0.020, which included zero; the article states it was "not a sig- nificant mediator in this model".
"There was evidence that lower levels of parental involvement, both of the mother and partner and presence of family adversity mediated the link between financial difficulty and ADHD. Mothers ’depression at 33 months was not a sig- nificant mediator in this model."
