Reading the evidence codes

q is the design tier, i the impact, n the sample, and the kind with its r the rigour judged within that kind: what each code means.

This claim: no standardized effect is recorded in observations/ for it yet, so no benchmark reading is possible.

q2 i? For intervention effects, contrived approaches scored a mean PND of 65% while naturalistic language interventions scored a mean PND of 83%. → Kane 2008

Meta-analysis of 22 single-subject studies (65 participants, mean age 6.2 years) calculating PND from baseline to intervention. A total of 103 PND scores were calculated for contrived interventions and 49 for naturalistic interventions; the mean PND was "65%" for contrived and "83%" for naturalistic.

"For intervention effects, contrived approaches scored a mean PND of 65%, while the mean PND for naturalistic language interventions was 83%."
