q is the design tier, i the impact, n the sample, and the kind with its r the rigour judged within that kind: what each code means.

This claim: no standardized effect is recorded in observations/ for it yet, so no benchmark reading is possible.

q2 i? For 57.5 percent of two-year college completion records in the NSC sample the credential name field was blank, and 80.4 percent of students with uncategorizable NSC completions had earned an associate degree per ICCB records. → Jenny Nagaoka and Shelby Mahaffie 2020

Cross-tabulation of credential-type completion outcomes between ICCB and NSC data for 3,660 immediate enrollees (Table 4). ICCB showed a 14.1 percent associate degree completion rate versus 3.7 percent identifiable in NSC, demonstrating that NSC data alone cannot accurately calculate credential-type completion rates.

"we see that 324 of the 403 students (80.4 percent) whose highest completion was a completion of uncategorizable type according to the NSC data had earned an associate degree according to the ICCB data."
