Reading the evidence codes

q is the design tier, i the impact, n the sample, and the kind with its r the rigour judged within that kind: what each code means.

This claim: no standardized effect is recorded in observations/ for it yet, so no benchmark reading is possible.

q2 i? With the two counting constructs entered simultaneously, the regression was significant (R² = .249) for procedural counting knowledge (p = .005) and conceptual counting knowledge (p = .037). → Praet 2013

First preparatory regression on 63 kindergarteners using Tedi-Math subtests; procedural counting (Cronbach's alpha = .73) and conceptual counting (alpha = .85) were both significant predictors of kindergarten arithmetic.

"The regression analysis was significant (F 2, 62) = 9.961, p < .001, R² = .249) for procedural counting knowledge (p =.005) and conceptual counting knowledge (p = .037; see Table 2)."
