Reading the evidence codes

q is the design tier, i the impact, n the sample, and the kind with its r the rigour judged within that kind: what each code means.

This claim: no standardized effect is recorded in observations/ for it yet, so no benchmark reading is possible.

q3 i? The SWRT single word reading outcome showed g = 0.01 (-0.37, 0.40) under intention to treat, and repeated SWRT administration found no decline in word reading scores after the summer break. → King 2015

SWRT was administered four times (April 2013, July 2013, September 2013, December 2013) to monitor summer fall-back. Intervention means rose from 82.51 in July to 85.48 in September and control from 81.67 to 86.22; these did not constitute significant differences.

"The SWRT did not detect any impact of the intervention, either in intention to treat , or in those who actually received the intervention compared to those who did not, neither did it find any decline in word reading scores after the summer break."
