q2 · i? · causal · r2

Quasi-experimental pretest-posttest study with two intact groups of 38 intermediate EFL learners at language institutes in Amol, Iran; the experimental group received reciprocal teaching and the control group conventional instruction for 15 sessions. The posttest t-test was significant: "t(74)=2.04, Sig=.001". No effect size is printed.

"The results of independent samples t-test (t(74)=2.04, Sig=.001) shows that the difference between the groups is significant; thus, it can be concluded that reciprocal teaching affects reading comprehension of Iranian EFL learners."
