Reading the evidence codes

q is the design tier, i the impact, n the sample, and the kind with its r the rigour judged within that kind: what each code means.

This claim: no standardized effect is recorded in observations/ for it yet, so no benchmark reading is possible.

q2 i3 On the parent-reported SDQ, victims presented higher prosocial behavior scores than bullies (r = −0.59), but did not differ significantly from controls or bully-victims at the corrected alpha. → Medeiros W 2016

Among the SDQ subscales, only prosocial behavior differentiated the groups (χ2 = 11.347, p = 0.01); "victims presented higher scores than bullies" with r = −0.59, while victims versus controls (p = 0.089) and versus bully-victims (p = 0.013) did not reach the corrected threshold of 0.0083.

"Mann–Whitney tests showed that victims presented higher scores than bullies ( U= 33.00, z=− 3.217, p= 0.001, r=− 0.59), but not in comparison to the control group (U= 73.5, z=− 1.703; p= 0.089, r=− 0.31)"
