Description¶
This capture pattern combines eye-level, bird's-eye-view, and close-up turntable videos so that material movements are analytically visible. The study collected approximately 13.5 hours each of eye-level and bird's-eye views plus 435 close-up videos, because data centered predominantly on human actions limits theorizing materially driven phenomena. Viewing angles simultaneously afforded verification of what had been seen from another angle through visual evidence.
Accounts¶
- Multi-angle video capture disrupting human visual centrality to allow human-material analysis: This capture pattern combines eye-level, bird's-eye-view, and close-up turntable videos so that material movements are analytically visible.
