Description¶
The editorial proposes that existing research on the temporal characteristics of S-SRL can be viewed through two distinct perspectives. The first "views events in a continuous flow", analyzing the positioning, duration and rate of individual S-SRL actions during learning. The second "analyzes relative arrangement among multiple events", focusing on the organization of actions over time, including development of sequential characteristics and transformations of sequences. The special-issue studies combine these perspectives to differing degrees.
Accounts¶
- Two views on temporality in S-SRL research: events in a continuous flow versus relative arrangements among multiple events: The editorial proposes that existing research on the temporal characteristics of S-SRL can be viewed through two distinct perspectives. (Inge Molenaar et al. (2014))
