Description¶
This strategy directs chatbot design toward reinforcing group cohesion by cultivating a sense of belonging and interdependence within teams. Concrete sub-guidelines include assigning individuals to teams with shared goals based on interests, addressing teams by name, asking open-ended questions to spark interaction, providing ice-breaking activities, suggesting role assignments, and supporting simple gamification through inter-team competition. The aim is that members "trust and rely on each other, believing that collaboration will produce higher-quality results."
