Description¶
The report describes a consortium training model for delivering professional development across districts: "The program can be implemented using a consortium training model, in which school leaders from multiple districts attend the training in a central location, to lower program costs to individual districts." In the reviewed study, principals attended training together at one of two locations closest to their districts. Facilities for the consortium model are provided by a participating district or a regional education agency.
