Description¶
R15CC fostered stronger ties between CDE's Multilingual Support Division, Assessment Development and Administration Division, and Analysis, Measurement & Accountability Reporting Division to cultivate shared responsibility for the English Learner Roadmap. Support included "regular convenings with the three division directors to facilitate discussions, provide expert input, and foster coordinated messaging," culminating in a co-hosted webinar series and joint review of ELPAC reclassification thresholds.
Design Implications¶

Target Learners¶
- State education agency division staff and leaders
Target Learning Goals¶
- Coordinated, cohesive state support for local educational agencies serving English learners
Related Strategies¶
- Facilitate a multi-session collaborative workgroup to co-develop state guidance
