Description¶

Among the report's recommendations drawn from the innovation diffusion experience is that staff members who request or require help implementing the learning system model be supported through follow-up sessions. The report recommends that "The use of full group or small group follow -up sessions for those staff members requesting or requiring aid in the implementation of the learning system model Should be considered by the Director of the Division of Instructional Learning Systems." This extends the workshop's individualized support structure beyond the workshop week itself.
