Four-part capacity-building support model: scoping, provider matching, cohort learning, and thought partnership¶

Description¶
The initiative's goal was "to strengthen grantee capacity for equity-centered strategic learning by helping grantees scope projects in their area of need, matching grantees with providers that could help build organizational capacity, delivering cohort learning activities, and offering thought partnership." This is an implementable recipe for funders and intermediaries: diagnose grantee needs, match external providers, run cohort-based learning, and provide ongoing advisory support.
