Description¶
The program's implementation strategy pairs structured manuals with sustained training: tutors "receive a week of initial training, followed by two hour-long follow-ups each week." Tutoring is provided through AIR via a training request process in which implementers indicate tutoring type, grade level, number of trainees, and location, then negotiate dates with a trainer.
