Description

After identifying specific strengths across the whole child framework, teachers are prompted to brainstorm how those strengths can support growth areas: "How can I leverage what students do well and enjoy doing to address the challenges they face and improve opportunities for learning?" The template repeats this leverage question in both its academic and SEL sections, asking how identified strengths can be used to mitigate student challenges.
