Description¶
The project reports fostering teacher agency by "repeatedly creating multiple, low-risk high-reward opportunities where educators' perspectives matter", with messaging that participants are working toward a shared future together and failure carries no penalty. Implementation escalated from micro-lesson implementations, to teachers presenting their work, to about twenty teachers designing much more complex project-based lessons incorporating computational thinking, heritage, and storytelling.
