Description¶
Rather than memorizing scripts, instructors develop a generative capacity using the formula: "When you observe [STUDENT BEHAVIOR/EMOTIONAL CUES], connect it to the [DEEPER HUMAN OR PROFESSIONAL NEED], using a bridge that [REFrames & PRESCRIBES a tiny action]." Worked examples include reframing a sigh in a stats lab as "the sound of a hard-working brain" and prescribing writing "the worst possible first sentence" to defeat blank-page paralysis.
