Description¶
Coaches supported teachers through mini demonstrations and modeling of Coursemojo, including in-the-moment "micro-modeling or thinking aloud with teachers in the moment," scheduled launch activities, and peer-to-peer modeling in which seventh- and eighth-grade teachers toured sixth-grade trailblazer classrooms. These demonstrations modeled concrete instructional practices, built teacher confidence and excitement, and helped teachers envision a shift from monitoring students to more interactive teaching.
