Contrast one-way and two-way communication through drawing exercises¶
Strategy · All strategies
Evidence · no claims cited
Description¶
Supervisors experience communication failure directly: in one activity receivers may ask no questions while a sender describes shapes with his or her back turned; in a paired follow-up the receiver may question the sender at any time. The presenter then "points out that more productivity in industry and training can be gained by two-way communication", linking the felt frustration to workplace training practice.
