Description¶

The RGR professional development model spreads a small time commitment across the implementation timeline: "PD includes five self-paced, interactive online courses (approx. 6 hours)" with the first two completed before instruction begins and the remaining three after instruction has begun. A 6-hour in-person session is an alternative. This incremental design supports "ease of use" and minimal disruption to teaching schedules.
