Description¶

The checklist directs users to carry out the evidence-building process in collaboration with stakeholders from a priority community. Rather than designing, refining, and testing solutions externally, teams engage community stakeholders as partners across the phases, beginning with solution design in Phase 1 and continuing through refinement, early evidence assessment, and validation.
