Description¶
The report describes a strategy in which a state education agency, here the Louisiana Department of Education working with Mathematica, uses a statistical model on administrative data to estimate each school's contribution to long-term student success. This enables the state to "identify its high schools’ contributions to students’ long-term success separately from other factors, such as family resources and students’ learning before high school."
