Description¶

The article presents PROMISE's approach to supporting SSI youth during the transition to adulthood as a model for current initiatives: "intensive case management, facilitating early work experiences, and a family focus were the primary PROMISE innovations to usual services." Lessons from the evaluation are described as relevant to initiatives supporting youth with disabilities during transition to adulthood.
