Description¶
Module 5 applies cultural knowledge to everyday work situations. Participants analyse a case (Aurora being told to shut up during overtime) from worker and supervisor perspectives, follow a nine-step problem-solving procedure from defining the problem through review and adjustment, work through five worker-dilemma tasks, and perform paired supervisor-worker role plays based on realistic workplace conflicts such as misunderstanding silence, perceived slowness, and safety-rule conflicts with prior qualifications.
