Reading the evidence codes

q is the design tier, i the impact, n the sample, and the kind with its r the rigour judged within that kind: what each code means.

This claim: no standardized effect is recorded in observations/ for it yet, so no benchmark reading is possible.

q3 i3 Mean proportion of 'know and correct' responses rose from 0.34 at T1 to 0.61 at T2 and 0.69 at T3, with a significant learning effect across repetitions. → Wiklund-Hörnqvist 2017

Repeated-measures fMRI experiment: 22 scanned participants learned 60 Swahili–Swedish word-pairs across three cued-recall tests with feedback. The article reports "a signi ficant learning effect across the three repetitions" with ηp² = 0.81, and significant pairwise improvement between each consecutive test.

"A one-way repeated ANOVA showed a signi ficant learning effect across the three repetitions for items judged as "know and correct" [F(2,42) = 87.28, MSE = 0.08, p < 0.001, n2 p = 0.81]"
