Reading the evidence codes

q is the design tier, i the impact, n the sample, and the kind with its r the rigour judged within that kind: what each code means.

This claim: no standardized effect is recorded in observations/ for it yet, so no benchmark reading is possible.

q3 i? Neither accuracy in the mixed block of HF nor the shift cost was associated with intelligence or WM (all ps > .181). → Ger Ebru 2023

q3 · i? · associational · r2

Correlational analyses in the N = 147 sample found no associations between shifting measures (mixed-block accuracy, shift cost) and intelligence or either WM component. The shift cost itself was not significantly different from zero (p = 1), consistent with Roebers (2022) finding no shift cost in 6-year-olds.

"neither accuracy in the mixed block of HF nor the shift cost (i.e., time taken to shift between rules) was associated with either intelligence or WM (all ps > .181)"
