In Phase 1 of this design-based research, two researchers independently assessed the feasibility of translating each of 211 SRL scale items into Canvas LMS data indicators. Initial inter-rater agreement was low (Kappa = 0.11), with discrepancies focused on discussion forum analytics items. After consensus review, ten items were identified as suitable.

"Overall, ten items (less than 5%) were deemed feasible to be measured using learning analytics out of the 211 items initially considered."
