Description

The Challenge-based Coaching Model is a coaching cycle in which each coach works with teachers to "establish goals, identify challenges, create strategies, refect on the results" and support earning aligned micro-credentials. Its graphic depicts five phases: identify and understand challenge, investigate possible strategies, select personalized strategy and tool(s), implement strategy and make improvements, and reflect on experience and outcomes. It was developed through Digital Promise's Dynamic Learning Project work and implemented in the Puerto Rico pilot with meetings every 1-2 weeks.
