Description¶
The Family Partnership Agreement is a form used in Head Start programs nationally that provides a format for the home visitor and caregiver to set adult or child oriented goals and record progress throughout home visiting. In this study it was the data source from which goal content, number of goals, and recorded accomplishment were extracted across a full year of home visiting. The authors caution that, absent an integrity assessment, it is not certain the form accurately indicated goal activities.
