Description¶
The authors’ nine-step framework guides organizations through co-designing, launching, interpreting, and acting on a first alumni survey.
Components¶
- A nine-step technical roadmap for co-designing, launching, and acting on a first alumni survey: The guide structures the whole survey effort as a nine-step technical roadmap moving from pre-design through action. Steps 1 to 3 cover assessing benefits, assessing readiness, and assembling a diverse design team; Steps 4 to 6 cover aligning on rationale and vision, selecting the audience and designing the instrument, and launching; Steps 7 to 9 cover interpreting results, forming actionable steps, and implementing and adjusting actions with feedback loops. The roadmap is based on the authors' multi-year pilots and expert interviews. (page:designs/nine-step-alumni-survey-roadmap)
