The Expository Reading and Writing Course is a curriculum and associated teacher professional-learning and coaching programme developed and implemented to support secondary students' expository reading and writing.

Components

  • ERWC professional learning and coaching supports for teachers: Beyond curriculum materials, the ERWC provides "four to six days of professional learning over the course of several months, professional learning communities among participating teachers, and at least four on-site coaching days for each teacher."
