Description¶
Roadmap to the Future is a community planning initiative whose team develops shared principles, priorities, needs assessments, and strategic actions for youth, families, and communities.
Components¶
- Ground community needs assessment and planning in guiding principles of youth and family voice, access and equity, and alignment and coherence: The Roadmap to the Future initiative developed three guiding principles—Youth and Family Voice, Access and Equity, and Alignment and Coherence—alongside four shared priorities, during Phase 0 convenings. The report states these "informed the Roadmap to the Future team's work to develop the needs assessment" and will continue to guide the long-term strategic plan.
