Description¶

In the adoption stage, the framework directs districts to determine who needs professional learning and to what degree, and to schedule appropriate training. It warns that if training costs are prohibitive, districts should "not continue until an adequate and sustainable funding source is identified." Questions address training costs in money and time, teachers' differing learning needs, and ongoing training for families and students.
