Description¶

Participants recommended making deliberate connections between student experience data work and other district tools and initiatives—such as the Continuous Improvement Work Plan (CIWP), the RigorWalk observation tool, and ILT/distributed leadership work—so the effort does not feel like separate tasks. Coordination suggestions included establishing clarity of roles, optimizing existing meeting times, and developing a system strategy addressing what each stakeholder does and how efforts coordinate. One participant said, "we have to be a little bit more deliberate about the connections that we make and the collaborations."
