Description¶

The SWELL approach provides "coaching and technical assistance to coaches who will support teacher implementation" of Write to Succeed, rather than coaching teachers directly. A long-term outcome is that "NMPED and district coaches are positioned to sustain program implementation," building state and district capacity so the program continues beyond the partnership.
