Validate micro-credentials through construct validity review plus interrater reliability checks on the first 50 submissions¶

Description¶
The Friday Institute validates each micro-credential in two phases: construct validity, gathering educator and expert feedback on questions and rubrics before release, then piloting the first 50 submissions, each receiving two or more independent evaluations by outside educators. A third evaluator checks interrater reliability, and "The Friday Institute team validates a rubric only if it has at least 80 percent agreement between the two reviewers"; otherwise rubrics are reviewed and clarified.
