Description¶
During COVID-19 disruptions in Years 2 and 3, ICCSD distributed leadership by having select librarians work in parallel to create a library of CS/CT lessons for students in grades K-6, aligned to School Library Standards. The district's reflection names this as one of two key decisions made to support teachers during the pandemic, and it now aims to increase shared leadership capacity with library media specialists who can coach teachers.
