Description¶
The program's implementation model pairs classroom use with structured professional learning. Teachers begin with onboarding covering "assignment creation and the Heatmap," followed by ongoing Professional Learning on Data Driven Instruction, Discourse Routines, and using Magma for intervention. Live and asynchronous training, an on-demand Magma Academy, and chat-based in-the-moment support are provided, and no additional staff are required to implement the program.
