Description¶

Math Corps sustains tutoring fidelity through two coaching layers: a school-appointed Internal Coach provides "monthly coaching and feedback that focuses on ensuring high fidelity to the program" plus on-demand scheduling support, while an assigned Coaching Specialist provides additional regular coaching to both the tutor and the school staff member and supports data-driven decisions. Initial training occurs before each school year, with mid-year starts permitted.
