Description¶

The program sustains instructional quality through a multi-layered support system: teachers "participate in both asynchronous and live professional learning and are regularly observed through formal observations and instructional spot checks." A Professional Services Team, subject matter coaches, weekly drop-in office hours, and individual collaboration with senior managers provide ongoing development focused on elevating instructional practices.
