Description¶
Drawing on dozens of pilots across six states, CTQ's Jennifer Barnett reports that "We find a great deal of success when a theory of action and a shared plan for support are present." The support plan should be shared with educators well ahead of a pilot and include the vision or 'why' for micro-credentials, the range of choices, the incentives, the supports available during submission, and the timeline.
Design Implications¶
