Design coaching programs as a systemic collective enterprise with shared vision, recruited and developed coaches, and continuous evaluation¶

Description¶
The paper recommends coaching programs be "a collective enterprise embedded in the larger district context, rather than as an isolated project," following the Coaching for Impact report's six pillars: shared vision among leaders, coaching at the center of system strategy, clear stakeholder roles, adequate resources, aligned policies, and recruitment, development, and incentive structures for coaches. Evaluation should use multiple measures including classroom walkthroughs, observation forms, satisfaction surveys, disaggregated student data, and interviews.
