Description¶

The report's fifth lesson directs states to ensure the RAR process shows "how resource allocation methods will be tracked and monitored to demonstrate impact on student outcomes." It recommends an internal review to adapt the process to changing needs of educational leaders and students, and communicating new allocation methods and their measured impact to other leaders and the broader educational field.
