Description¶

Digital Promise supports program coaches through a layered professional learning system: new coaches attend a four-day in-person coach camp practicing coaching conversations and coaching cycles; first-year coaches are paired with experienced practicing coaches; all coaches receive webinars, in-person events, asynchronous courses, and cross-district problem-solving sessions; and Digital Promise staff coach the coaches through twice-per-month one-to-one sessions. Coaches then structure goal-setting coaching cycles with teachers, including co-teaching, feedback, and Teacher Leader Corps groups.
