Description¶
A framework asserting three value propositions: ePortfolio initiatives advance student success; making student learning visible, they support reflection, social pedagogy, and deepen learning; and they catalyze learning-centered institutional change. It contains a learning core inscribed by five interlocking sectors — pedagogy, professional development, technology, scaling up, and outcomes assessment — brought together by three design principles: "inquiry, reflection, and integration." The study situates its ePortfolio practice within the pedagogy and outcomes assessment sectors.
