Description¶
STRP is grounded in a five-phase professional development model whose phases the article enumerates as "building a knowledge base, observing models and examples, reflecting on your own practice, changing your practice, and gaining expertise." The model offers teachers and administrators a repertoire of collaborative experiences, including participation in Summer institutes, action research, peer coaching, instructional conversations, audioconferences, and computer networking.
